TERRITORY SALES POSITION
We are working to fill a key Territory Sales position for prominent national manufacturer in the water/wastewater sectors. This company has an excellent industry reputation and product brand recognition, and they need someone who is polished, professional, and ready to make their mark. This major industry player needs the right sales person to cover an excellent existing territory with great opportunity that includes just the state of Indiana. Ideally the individual needs 3-5 years success selling water treatment or industrial chemicals, industrial gases, instruments, filtration, equipment, services, systems etc. into at least 1 or 2 of the following: industrials, water or wastewater plants, power plants, laboratories, chemical, pulp & paper or industrial process water applications (they do have more sales people in their national sales team that have come from chemical sales or industrial gases sales than any other background because so many of their applications are chemistry based). This company offers a tremendous career track and growth opportunities, and excellent training.
The recruit must have a 4 year degree, understand corporate culture, received some formal sales training, and have experience using a CRM tool. This person will office remote and travel to the customer sites. The company typically offers $60,000 or so base, plus commission and bonus which is uncapped, but typically first year would get to about $85,000-$90,000, plus company vehicle, and a tremendous benefits plan and career growth track.
This company is interviewing very soon.
