Job Description: Source Technologies LLC is searching for a Sales / Project Manager based in Northern IN or Southern MI. The Sales / Project Manager will Identify potential customers, evaluate their needs and present an economical solution. The Sales / Project Manager will be required to interface with customers on products and services, as well as documenting all needed installations, inspections, maintenance, repair work. Additional responsibility for the Sales/Project Manager is to effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them, including performing repair or referring more complex issues to others. The schedule is generally normal Monday- Friday workweek; however, this position may require after-hours, on–call or weekend/holiday work as needed by business conditions. Some overnight travel is required. Minimum qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate technical / sales training is strongly desired. • 1-2 years Water / Wastewater treatment experience desired • Good understanding of simple mechanical and electrical systems • Excellent customer interface skills • Must have experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) • Clean driving record, including the ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as required. Specific duties Sales / Project Manager • Identifying and establishing new business • Organizing sales visits • liaising with existing clients • Preparing proposals and reports • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support • Manage all aspects of projects including budget, timeline, and results • Oversee the acquisition of resources and materials as needed for projects • Analyze economics cost benefit for projects • Reviewing cost and sales performance • Providing product education and advice • Ensuring that sales targets are met Key skills for Sales/ Project Manager • Excellent Sales skills • Strong technical and Organizational skills • Communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
